Kristy is currently Head of Operations for Northampton Saints. She oversees a team of 16 permanent staff and a further 250+ matchday staff. The work can be broadly split into three core areas: day-to-day operation of the venue, planning and delivery of matches & events, and delivery of major development projects. The two overarching objectives of the department are: firstly, to ensure all who visit the stadium have a brilliant experience to drive engagement and repeat visits; and, secondly, to maximise the utilisation of the venue to deliver revenue.
Kristy first joined Northampton Saints in 1996 at the age of 15 as a programme seller. She has continuously progressed through the organisation to her current leadership role of Head of Operations. The progression has resulted from a combination of talent, tenacity and passion. Kristy is not only ambitious for herself but is driven by a desire to see the Club that she has supported since childhood achieve ever greater things, and for its supporters to have unmissable experiences that they will want to revisit time and time again.
Kristy consistently seeks ways to do more, better and bigger than before. Her exceptional work ethic and positive approach to solving all manner of challenges have enabled Saints to consistently deliver high quality experiences for those attending our venue. Kristy has initiated or being instrumental in the delivery of a plethora of ambitious projects, all executed in parallel with our core activity as a professional rugby stadium.
