Our shortlisted standout project in the Fan Solution category, The Coca-Cola Believer Wall, was developed as part of Coca-Cola’s UEFA Euro 2024 campaign, #TheRitualCup. The challenge – how to connect fans across 15 countries to the emotional highs of tournament football, even if they couldn’t be there in person. Our solution – give fans a chance to virtually appear live on a digital Believer Wall and greet their national team players as they arrive at the host stadium before matches.

Powered by insight that 50% of fans believe their matchday rituals impact outcomes, the Believer Wall transformed passion and tradition into participation. Fans engaged via Coca-Cola’s app by completing quizzes, sharing rituals and entering to win their place on the Believer Wall. Selected winners experienced a real-time, virtual moment with their team, creating an unforgettable hybrid activation delivered across borders, languages, and platforms.

En2End managed end-to-end delivery, from concept creation, tech build, broadcast production, localised rollout and on-the-ground UEFA coordination. The results speak for themselves: +41% over target in first-party data opt-ins, 20+ live activations across 15 countries in 12 languages, millions of impressions, and sky-high engagement across Coca-Cola’s ecosystem.

More than just a campaign, the Believer Wall demonstrated that digital fan experiences, when executed correctly, can rival the emotional impact of being present. For Coca-Cola and UEFA, it became a benchmark for hybrid engagement. For fans, it was nothing short of magical.
