Ashley is the Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Seven League, the digital sports arm of IMG, a global leader in sports, events, and media.
With 15+ years of experience, her career brings together ground-breaking digital work with clients, as well as a commitment to knowledge-sharing, mentorship, championing women in sport and educating the world on web3.
Ashley is responsible for driving business growth and future outlook for Seven League, including its mission creation – to be the global leader in the third age of sport – alongside long-term strategy and marketplace perception. In addition, Ashley oversees people-led practices, including hiring standards, intern programme and talent partnerships as well as client relationships with some of Seven League’s most trusted, high-profile partnerships.
With a love of culture and travel, combined with the desire to refine her expertise and round-out her international experience, inspired Ashley to relocate to the UK in 2018 to pursue an Executive MBA.
Earlier in her career, she held strategic digital roles at Major League Baseball (MLB) and Bloomberg Media. At MLB, she led the digital commercial sponsorship strategy for the Southeast territory and created innovative sponsorship deals with some of MLB’s biggest sports partners including Pepsi, Citi, United, and Under Armour, as well as working with clubs like the Nationals, Orioles, and Braves.
During her time at Bloomberg Media, she was also instrumental in running and growing the Southeast region in the US, working with B2B brands to devise multi-platform marketing and advertising programs for the likes of Audi, CISCO, Lenovo, Brand USA, Marriott, Workday, and VW.
Ashley is a true champion of women in the industry, using both her personal and professional time and energy to help usher in meaningful change and improve the narrative of women working in sport.
She sits on the board for the Institute for Sport for Loughborough University as a well as recently joining as a Trustee for the charity, Boxing Futures.
