Ben has been personally recognised by leading sports bodies however, even more importantly, the team that makes up Ten Toes have been named Sports Industry Young Agency of the Year in 2021, won Agency Of The Year at the 2022 Football Business awards & were nominated for Agency of the year in 2023 at the Sport Industry Awards.
As CEO, everything to do with the agency is ultimately his responsibility, but he has surrounded himself with a highly talented and collaborative team, recognising that ‘all of us are smarter than any one of us’.
Prior to founding Ten Toes at the age of 28, Ben honed his skills for six years as a communications strategist, gaining experience in both London and New York with Anomaly, a pioneering global marketing agency.
Since founding the agency, Ben has overseen its work with top-tier talent, brands and organisations, including clients such as Harry Kane, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Pernille Harder, Alessia Russo, Beats by Dre, Google, Budweiser, FIFA and The FA.
