Previously, Falon was the youngest ever employee at Google and YouTube, where she built strategic partnerships including supporting the launch of YouTube Live and working on some of the industry first branded entertainment deals as it rose to prominence as the video platform of the internet. She focused specifically on go-to-market strategy, global expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Before founding Fireside, Falon also founded Node, the first prediction-as-a-service AI platform that enables companies of all sizes to build advanced artificial intelligence into their applications, products and business processes. Node had raised $40M from top tier investors and was acquired by SugarCRM in Aug of 2020. In September 2020, Falon was listed in Fortune’s 40 under 40 as one of the most influential people in Technology.
In 2019 she was also recognized as one of Goldman Sachs top 100 intriguing entrepreneurs and in Inc.
