Kaitlyn is the Vice President of Global Partnership Sales for City Football Group – a leading global football organisation that owns and operates 13 football clubs, the flagship being Manchester City FC, as well as other football-related businesses in major cities around the world.
She joined the Group in October 2018 as Director of Partnership Sales – Americas and was later appointed Head of Partnership Sales – Americas, before eventually assuming her current role, where she leads the group’s global partnership development efforts. Kaitlyn currently oversees a sales team of 14 individuals across multiple international regions and is responsible for bringing in new and innovative partnerships for the Group’s club portfolio, with a particular focus on Manchester City. By constantly forging strong inter-departmental connections, especially across the infrastructure, media, football operations, and technology verticals, she is able to ideate and build strategic new partnership platforms that generate revenue for the Club and Group.
Prior to joining City Football Group, Kaitlyn spent two and half years on the Global Partnerships team at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where she worked across and championed a variety of key projects, including rolling out a sales strategy for Charlotte NBA All-Star, co-leading the development of a lucrative technology partnership roadmap, and focusing on generating additional revenue for the WNBA.
While in Los Angeles at FOX Sports, Kaitlyn led a national Emmy award-winning educational program, FOX Sports University, that worked across a multitude of divisions and partners such as the USGA, Collegiate Sports, and the World Cup; successfully expanding the program by 65% and garnering significant national media attention. At FOX Sports, she also co-founded the FOX Sports Women’s Network, which ignited pathways and enhanced opportunities for women to advance.
In her first sports role, Kaitlyn worked at Premier Partnerships, where she helped secure a naming-rights deal and brought opportunities for her clients across a plethora of sports and entertainment properties. This role has served as the foundation for her success over the years.
Kaitlyn is the youngest of three and grew up playing sport, with a special love for football (soccer). She spent years volunteering in youth programs, most notably with the American Youth Soccer Organization, where she Chaired the U5 Division and served as Division Director and Coach for ages 7-11.
Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Arizona State University. She currently resides in London with her partner and dog Ruby.
