Stephen is the Managing Director of Fuse, Omnicom’s Sport & entertainment specialist agency.
Joining Fuse in 2010, Steve has played a leading role in building the agency. Currently, he co-leads the agency (with the CEO), its 100-strong staff and 8-figure revenue. He is the senior elevation point for the agency’s biggest global clients including Nissan, PepsiCo and Santander (plus others) who together form over 50% of agency income. He is a trusted strategic council for their global sponsorship investment decisions, playing a leading role in their commercial negotiations and rights renewal strategies across sport platforms including; UEFA Champions League, Olympics, World Cup, F1 and the America’s Cup.
Steve has a comprehensive understanding of the sponsorship rights landscape and commercial influences, which he combines with his understanding of modern brand marketing to great impact for the agency’s clients. In this way, Steve is highly influential.
Steve is a leader with unrivalled integrity – he operates honestly and openly and is committed to be fair and even handed. He consistently holds all his staff to the same standard and is often the first person to call out when he feels there could be a bias that is influencing decision making.
Steve lives in East London with his partner, Tamara. Outside of work, he is a passionate Celtic supporter and keen marathon runner.
