Emily Eskin, now in her 7th season with the San Francisco 49ers, is the Head of Levi’s® Stadium Events. Tasked with overseeing all aspects of non-NFL public events for Levi’s® Stadium, Emily’s duties include booking and managing concerts, soccer, and other high-profile sporting events. Additionally, she oversees Levi’s® Stadium’s prosperous private event business, including sales, marketing strategies, and event execution.
Levi’s® Stadium has become a sports and entertainment mecca during Emily’s tenure. She has signed the globe’s most prominent artists — Beyoncé, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Elton John, and Taylor Swift. These artists attracted record-breaking attendance, further enhancing the Bay Area’s vibrant reputation. The 49ers greatness on the football field is well-documented. Emily’s vision has also expanded the sports landscape to the soccer pitch. She has booked successful matches and tournaments, including Concacaf Gold Cup, Copa America, and Leagues Cup. She proved beyond doubt that Levi’s® Stadium can host sports and entertainment on the grandest stage.
It is not surprising that with her vision and influential role, Levi’s® bid to serve as a host venue for the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ was successful. So, too, her efforts were instrumental in Levi’s® securing Super Bowl LX in 2026 – the first venue ever to host a FIFA World Cup and Super Bowl in the same year.
With Emily at the helm, Levi’s® Stadium has produced the most profitable years in the stadium’s history. She has generated over $150M in revenue, contributing to the stadium’s 10-year economic impact of over $2 billion for the local community.
Previously, Emily served as Vice President of Capture Sports & Entertainment, where she managed the Houston office and oversaw marketing endeavors for coaches and athletes, including public relations, sponsorships, and community engagements. Among her clients were Carson Wentz, JJ Watt, and Zach and Julie Ertz. Prior to Capture, Emily spent five years with the Houston Astros, booking public and private events and generating over $7M in revenue.
Emily serves as Chairperson and sits on the Executive Board for the Gridiron Stadium Network, a coalition of NFL stadiums working to optimize members’ facilities for sports, entertainment, and events.
Originally from Las Vegas, Emily earned a B.S. in Education from UNLV, where she was a member of the UNLV Women’s Mountain West Conference Champion soccer team and earned a Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athlete Award.
