Jamie Conlon Rocha is a global partnerships executive with a distinguished career spanning sports, entertainment, and culture. At just 37, she brings rare, cross-sector experience, having worked across agency, rights-holder, brand, and nonprofit organizations, with a career that uniquely bridges leading institutions including CSM, the International Olympic Committee and Airbnb. Jamie began her career at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, supporting major event and sports partnerships.
She then became the first employee of boutique management consultancy GlideSlope, where she spent seven years working alongside the founders to scale the business from inception through its eventual acquisition by CSM. During this time, she rose rapidly to Director of Strategy, leading several of the agency’s largest and most complex brand portfolios. Jamie went on to join the International Olympic Committee, where she played a pivotal role during a historic growth phase of the IOC’s TOP global sponsorship program. There, she led global partnership negotiations and management for several of the Olympic Movement’s most significant and financially valuable partners, including Alibaba, Coca-Cola, Mengniu, Panasonic, and Atos. At Airbnb, Jamie founded the company’s sports partnerships function and has since grown its scope to encompass sport, music, entertainment and culture.
She leads the negotiation, structuring, and strategic direction of Airbnb’s global partnership investments overseeing the company’s most strategic relationships, including the IOC, FIFA, Tour de France, La Liga, Live Nation, and Art Basel among others. Beyond her professional achievements, Jamie is a dedicated wife and a mother to Cristóbal (5) and Leonora (3), an active community leader through board service, and a proud Mexican-American. She is a dedicated advocate for expanding opportunities for women, particularly Latina women, in the sports and partnerships industry.
