An accomplished sports marketing executive with a proven track record of success in identifying and unlocking new revenue streams for leading organizations in professional, international and Olympic sport, Michelle Webb is Vice President of International Partnerships for NFL.
In this role, Michelle and her team are responsible for supporting the continued growth of the NFL globally by establishing value-based partnerships with leading brands across all markets outside of the US.
Under Michelle’s leadership, the NFL has experienced growth of more than 50% in commercial revenue from international markets during the past seven years.
Michelle joined the NFL in 2017 after holding senior-level roles in revenue generation and commercial partnerships with the British Olympic Association from 2010-17, where she helped create the necessary resources for Team GB to reach new heights of success in the tremendously successful London 2012 Olympic Games and beyond.
Michelle began her professional career on the agency side of commercial partnerships, holding account management positions with Octagon (2007-2009) and Fast Track (2009-2010) before beginning with the British Olympic Association in 2010.Among her many professional attributes, Michelle is an active learner and exceptionally skilled at adapting to new environments.
Prior to joining the NFL in 2017, Michelle had little exposure to American professional football and the intensely competitive world of commercial partnership that underpins the league’s revenue growth and international ambition. Today, she is recognized by her peers and partners alike for her understanding of the league, her passion for the game and her innovation in creating new commercial opportunities that deliver measurable value for its partners. She is tough, but fair; visionary, but grounded; focused, but fun.
She is a proud Mummy to Max, a two-year old, who keeps her on her toes, a role she could not do, without the unwavering support of her husband, Dave.
