They advise on a wide range of issues from football player transfers, boxing promotional agreements, commercial opportunities (including image rights and endorsement agreements) to regulatory, brand protection and specialist sports-related dispute matters.

Acted for an England international footballer on the biggest transfer in the Summer transfer window of 2023, which was also the biggest football transfer in the history of the Bundesliga.
Advised on the signing of a £50m+ professional playing contract for a professional footballer at Arsenal FC including his global Adidas deal.
Acted for one of the biggest MMA fighters in the history of UFC on his global endorsement deals.
Acted for Joshua Buatsi, ranked number one in the world, on his multi-million-pound boxing promotional agreement with Sky Sports and Boxxer including his global Nike deal.
Advised Lawrence Okolie, two-weight boxing world champion, on his multi-million-pound global ambassador and promotional deal with Sky Sports and Boxxer.
Founded the first Sports Law Clinic at Wembley Stadium working with UCFB which has provided pro-bono advice to over 100 agents, players, students and athletes.
In the last eight months, Mo has been recognised by Chambers & Partners as an ‘up and coming’ lawyer in the sports sector. Further, Mo and his team have been shortlisted as finalists for numerous awards, including the Football Business Awards 2024 & the Women’s Football Awards 2024.The team’s work has also resulted in Lawrence Stephens being named as a ‘Firm to Watch’ in the 2023 Legal 500 rankings–within three months of setting up the Sports & Entertainment team at Lawrence Stephens.
