An expectant mum, Lauren Forrow currently heads up Operations for the Great Britain Cycling Team. As part of the senior leadership team, she is responsible for the delivery of all Olympic & Paralympic programmes domestic & international activity, having lead the programmes, logistics, technical resources and mechanics functions to successfully deliver a platform for the largest ever, and teams most successful performance at the Glasgow 2023 World Championships. With 13 years in sport, prior to joining British Cycling in 2018, Lauren worked in a variety of performance and operational roles in Netball and Bobsleigh, where she also held the role of Vice President on the board of Netball France. She is expecting her first child in January 2024.
