Phil leads the team organising this summer’s Commonwealth Games in Glasgow – a slimmed down affair from previous editions, Glasgow put itself forward to host the Games again just 12 years after doing so in 2014.
He’s the first panelist confirmed for a conversation dedicated to smaller, non-football sports and events – and how they operate and grow in a tough economic environment, working with finite resources.
