At Universal Music Group (UMG), Sharlotte leads on global impact strategy and communications, shaping how the world’s largest music company activates around social impact, inclusion, and purpose-driven storytelling across its artists, labels and global markets. She is also Chair, Universal Music UK’s Task Force for Meaningful Change and Trustee, Universal Music UK Sound Foundation.
She works across executive leadership, artist teams, partners and global markets to ensure that impact initiatives are culturally authentic, commercially viable, and globally scalable.
She will be joining a session as part of our Be The Lead initiative, exploring the building of partnerships that sit at the convergence of culture, community and commercial growth.
