She has advised, consulted, and negotiated multiple billion dollars’ worth of deals for IMG’s portfolio of over 200 premier content owners, including professional sports leagues, teams, college conferences, and U.S. international federations on their media rights and strategy.
Her client roster includes The AELTC (Wimbledon), USTA (US Open), ATP, The R&A (Open Championship), CONMEBOL, CONCACAF, PGA of America, the International Olympic Committee (IOC), USGA, WNBA, World Rugby (Rugby World Cup), NASCAR, NCAA, NFL, NHL, NWSL, MLS, MLB World Classic, NYC Marathon, and UFC among other premium teams, properties, and associations.
In the last 1.5 years alone, she’s negotiated and/or advised on some of the largest landmark deals in recent sports and entertainment history, including: WWE’s $5bn deal with Netflix, NWSL’s game-changing deals with Prime Video, CBS Sports, ESPN, and Scripps Sports, NCAA x ESPN, the USTA’s $2bn+ deal with ESPN, and tripling FFT’s media rights value with WBD.
She is a driving force for women’s sports and women in the sports industry. From securing one of the most lucrative milestones for any women’s sport league to date for the NWSL, to achieving significantly higher revenue and exposure for NCAA women’s championships, to serving as a mentor and role model to thousands of women.
During her 28-year career at IMG, she has worked for sports media industry legend Barry Frank, and across many landmark deals for rights holders. Hillary comes from a sports and entertainment background, having worked previously for Golden Gate Productions, KTVU, and Time Warner. She started her career at HBO in 1982, working as a programming researcher.
