Daniel Sillman is co-founder and CEO of Relevent, a sports and media rights agency within the Stephen Ross portfolio of global sports and entertainment properties. Under Sillman’s leadership, Relevent has become the leading commercial and strategic partner to the world’s top football organisations.
The company has created long-term strategic partnerships with LALIGA, UEFA Club Competitions, Bundesliga, Premier League, and the English Football League, following a unique partnership model combining deep market knowledge, strategic relationships, and investment of its own capital. Relevent has secured more than $4 billion in media rights agreements on behalf of its partners. This year, Sillman led Relevent’s successful bid to represent UEFA men’s club competitions globally across media rights and sponsorships for the 2027-2033 cycle. The historic deal represents a seismic shift in the global sports business landscape.
Sillman began his career founding and operating Compass Management, a multi-family office for professional athletes, which he later sold. He then joined RSE Ventures, a private investment firm owned by Stephen Ross, as the Director of Business Development focusing on mid-cap sports businesses. He has been CEO of Relevent since 2017, leading the company’s transition from a live events business into the global media rights powerhouse it is today.
