For over a decade, Leaders has created consistent spaces to support and accelerate the growth of women’s sport – while championing the people driving it forward.
At Leaders Week London 2025, the commercial growth opportunity for women’s sport was front and centre, from the headline stage to curated spaces – we offered the access, conversations and connections that move the industry forward.
If women’s sport is part of your growth strategy, this is where you’ll find the people who can help make it happen.

A new, open-access space in the centre of the Summit. Designed for those shaping the strategy, commercial direction and future of women’s sport. Offering across both days:
• Drop in appearances and live discussions with leading voices, from CEOs and CMOs to athletes and investors.
• Space to collaborate and share experiences, tailored for the unique challenges of women’s sports.
• The chance to connect with like-minded peers and build real relationships.
In partnership with Wasserman’s The Collective.
The 2025 Summit experience began with the global community advancing women in sport coming together at the Women in Sport Breakfast. A now-established staple of Leaders Week, the event set the tone for the days ahead, bringing together leaders from across the sports ecosystem in a relaxed networking environment, united by a shared mission to drive opportunity, equity and growth in women’s sport.

At Leaders Week London, women’s sport took centre stage as part of the main agenda — not a side conversation. Across the Headline, Creative, and Tech & Innovation stages, conversations explored key topics including brand investment, athlete influence, media rights, and commercial growth.
Attendees heard insights from global leaders, including Ally Financial CMO Andrea Brimmer, alongside a live edition of The Game Changers with Baroness Sue Campbell. This was where the real business of women’s sport got done.
