EXPANDING ACCESS TO WOMEN WORKING IN SPORT

How is this achieved?

Leaders will continue the initiative to offer funded places for women and nonbinary people working in sport, through providing access to the following industry events and membership offerings:

// Leaders Club

A community of future sports industry leaders who are pushing themselves, and the industry, forward. In a rapidly changing sports market, membership will expand your career-critical relationships, knowledge and core skills to accelerate your career and deliver greater impact daily.

Criteria:

We’re focused on developing a new generation of leaders and we want you to be able to learn and share with others who are experiencing similar leadership journey’s, to make the learning as rich as possible. Members typically have 7-15 years professional experience and have not yet reached the senior leadership team or C-Suite level.

• You work in the sports industry
• You have a minimum of 7 years professional experience
• You’ve reached manager level or above

// Leaders Performance Institute

An unrivalled network of the world’s high-performance community that challenges thinking and shares insights, spanning all sports and all aspects of performance. We host a global series of events to encourage you to discover other people and ideas that will progress your thinking and help you go beyond your area of expertise to explore the whole world of high performance.

Criteria:

• You should be working for an elite team, league, federation, governing body or academic institution.

// Women’s High Performance Sport Community

Alongside the Leaders Performance Institute, we have the Women’s High Performance Sports Community which is open to anyone working within  a performance role in women’s sport, or any women working in men’s sport. We welcome male allies amongst that too.

Criteria:

• You should be working for an elite team, league, federation, governing body or academic institution.

// Leaders Week London

The most significant gathering of the entire ecosystem of global sport.

With forums, think tanks, multiple events, award ceremonies, masterclasses, and experiential get-togethers throughout the week, uncover where growth opportunities lie for you and your organisation. At The Summit, hosted at Allianz Stadium in Twickenham on Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 October, gain insights into the global trends impacting the sport business landscape and how to commercialise them.

Criteria:

• You should be senior management level or above working in the professional world of sport.
