Everything you need to know
Registration is open from 8am on both Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 October. The content kicks off at 10am. Please aim to arrive earlier than later to give yourself ample time to get through registration and have breakfast before heading to your first session.
Registration is via the entrance marquee on the West side of the Stadium.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT LEADERS WEEK LONDON?
Yes. Parking at Twickenham Stadium is free of charge for anyone attending Leaders Week London. Parking is available in the West Car Park accessed by Gate D on Rugby Road.
DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTED RATES ON HOTELS DURING THE WEEK?
We do. Please use this link to Book your group rate for Leaders In Sport at the Marriott Hotel, Twickenham, conveniently located next door to the Stadium.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Business Casual. No suits, ties or super smart dress required.
I NEED A VISA FOR MY VISIT – HOW DO I DO THAT?

HOW CAN YOU RE-WATCH SESSIONS FROM ACROSS THE SUMMIT?
The Leaders Week Portal will host every session which will be available to watch live and then on-demand up until Wednesday 19 October 2022. Every registered attendee will be sent log in details for the portal on Monday 26 September.
CAN I ATTEND THE CEO FORUM AND BRAND AND SPONSORSHIP FORUM
The forums are private invite only.
The CEO forum is restricted to CEOs of teams and leagues, while the Brand and Sponsorship Forum is strictly for consumer sport sponsors. If you fit the criteria and would like more information, please email [email protected].
IS THERE ANYTHING HAPPENING IN THE EVENINGS?
Yes! Leaders After Dark on Wednesday is our after-hours party and the best place to continue your networking. Plenty of food and drink is provided so it’s one not to be missed. The socialising kicks off from 5pm in the Partner Village before moving to the BA Rose Garden until late.
On Thursday you are welcome to join us for some farewell drinks at the Marriott hotel bar from 5pm before you head home.
HOW DO I SIGN UP TO ATTEND LUNCHTIME MASTERCLASS SESSIONS?
Masterclasses are invite only and based on the target audience of the host partner. They fill up fast, but if you’d like to enquire about attending please email [email protected].
There is free WiFi for the entirety of the event, the network is ‘Leaders’ and the password is ‘LeadersWeek’.
There is a cloakroom provided at the event where you can leave bags, coats and suitcases etc.
If you have any questions whilst at the event please visit the Info Desks within the Partner Village or at the top of the escalators on level 2. You can also communicate directly with the Leaders team using the news feed function of the mobile app.

IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS
Yes, Twickenham Stadium and every aspect of our event is fully accessible.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE EVENT APP
You’ll be given access to the app two weeks before Leaders Week, via an email communication. To download the app, download ‘Leaders Events’ from your respective app store. To log in, use the email address you used to register for the event with, and you’ll be emailed a magic link that will sign you into the app.
CAN I GIVE MY PASS TO SOMEONE ELSE IN MY ORGANISATION ON DAY 2
No we do not allow swapping of passes. On entering the event on day 1 you will be issued with a wristband which you must keep on for the entirety of the event. Anyone arriving on day 2 without a wristband will be required to go via the main registration and show your ID. We are able to take payment for passes on the day at registration.
If you know in advance you can no longer attend and wish to transfer your pass please contact your Leaders sales representative so we can process this before the event.
