OPENING TIMES
Registration is open from 8am on both Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 September, with content kicking off at 10am.

Please aim to arrive earlier than later to give yourself ample time to get through registration and have breakfast before heading to your first session. Registration is via the entrance marquee on the West side of the Stadium.

 

WHERE DO I ENTER THE SUMMIT?
The West Stand is the place to go, you see where that is on this map of the ground.

 

IS THERE AN EASY WAY TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION FOR LEADERS WEEK?
There is. Please click here to book your hotel rooms via our Official Travel Partner, Travel Places.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO ATTEND LEADERS WEEK LONDON?
1. Your confirmation email: Your delegate badge will be available for collection at registration – please bring the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.

2. Photo ID: Please bring your Photo ID, along with your email confirmation, to registration.

 

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Business Casual. No suits, ties or super smart dress required.

 

I NEED A VISA FOR MY VISIT – HOW DO I DO THAT?
Please email [email protected] and they will be able to help you with organising a VISA.

HOW CAN YOU RE-WATCH SESSIONS FROM ACROSS THE SUMMIT?
The Leaders Week Portal will host every session which will be available to watch live and then on-demand up until Tuesday 18 October 2022. Every registered attendee will be sent log in details for the portal on Monday 26 September.

 

CAN I ATTEND THE CEO FORUM AND BRAND AND SPONSORSHIP FORUM
The forums are private invite only.

The CEO forum is restricted to CEOs of teams and leagues, while the Brand and Sponsorship Forum is strictly for consumer sport sponsors. If you fit the criteria and would like more information, please email [email protected].

 

IS THERE ANYTHING HAPPENING IN THE EVENINGS?
Absolutely. Leaders After Dark on Wednesday is our after-hours party and the best place to continue your networking – plenty of food and drink is provided so it’s one not to be missed. The socialising kicks off from 5pm in the networking hall before moving to the BA Rose Garden until late.

On Thursday you are welcome to join us for some farewell drinks at the Marriott hotel bar from 5pm before you head home.

 

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO ATTEND LUNCHTIME MASTERCLASS SESSIONS?
Masterclasses are invite only and based on the target audience of the host partner. They fill up fast, but if you’d like to enquire about attending please email [email protected].

 

WIFI
There is free WiFi for the entirety of the event, the network is ‘Leaders’ and the password is ‘LeadersWeek’.

 

CLOAKROOM
There is a cloakroom provided at the event where you can leave bags, coats and suitcases etc.

 

HELP DESK
If you have any questions whilst at the event, please visit the Info Desks within the Networking Hall or at the top of the escalators on level 2. You can also communicate directly with the Leaders team using the news feed function of the mobile app.

IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS
Yes, Twickenham Stadium and every aspect of our event is fully accessible.

 

HOW DO I ACCESS THE EVENT APP
Attendees can download the app here.

Once downloaded, enter your first name, last name and the email address you used to sign up to the Summit – you will be emailed a verification code to complete the log in process. Please update your job title, organisation and profile picture so that you’re instantly able to connect with other attendees.

CAN I GIVE MY PASS TO SOMEONE ELSE IN MY ORGANISATION ON DAY 2
No, we do not allow swapping of passes. On entering the event on day 1 you will be issued with a wristband which you must keep on for the entirety of the event. Anyone arriving on day 2 without a wristband will be required to go via the main registration and show ID.

We are able to take payment for passes on the day at registration.

If you know in advance you can no longer attend and wish to transfer your pass, please contact your Leaders sales representative so we can process this before the event.
