WHERE IS THIS YEAR’S SUMMIT?
Leaders Week London 2026 will take place at Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea FC. We’re excited to begin a fresh era for the Summit in central London, right at the heart of the Premier League. The full address is Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London, SW6 1HS.
When you arrive, please use the Stamford Gate for the main event entrance.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Stamford Bridge is easy to reach by public transport. The nearest Tube station is Fulham Broadway on the District Line, with West Brompton and Imperial Wharf also nearby.
Onsite parking is limited and subject to charges so we strongly urge you to use public transport. If you do need to drive and the onsite car park is full there is additional parking at Fulham Broadway car park.
IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?
Registration opens at 8am on both Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th October. On-stage content starts at 10am, but we recommend arriving early so you have time to register, enjoy breakfast and find your way to your first session.
Content will run from approximately 10am to 5pm on both days. Leaders After Dark will continue into the evening on Wednesday 7th October.
WHAT DO I NEED TO ATTEND LEADERS WEEK LONDON?
Please bring your confirmation email and photo ID with you. You’ll be able to collect your delegate badge when you arrive at registration.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is business casual. Please wear whatever you’ll feel comfortable networking and moving around the venue in — suits, ties and smart dress are not required.
CAN YOU ASSIST WITH SECURING MY VISA FOR MY TRIP TO THE UK?

WHERE CAN I FIND THE AGENDA?
The latest agenda is available on the Leaders Week website and in the event app. You can also use the app to bookmark sessions, build your own personalised schedule and filter by day, topic or speaker.
HOW CAN I RE-WATCH SESSIONS FROM ACROSS THE SUMMIT?
All Summit sessions will be available in the Leaders Week app. You can watch them live during the event and catch up on demand until the end of October.
IS THERE ANYTHING HAPPENING IN THE EVENINGS?
Yes. Leaders After Dark takes place on Wednesday 7th October and is our after-hours networking and entertainment experience. It’s a great opportunity to continue conversations after the daytime programme in a more relaxed setting. Food and drink will be available across Stamford Bridge, including at House of Legends and The HKS Social in The Courtyard. The evening programme begins at 5pm in The Village, with drinks hosted by Arc.
HOW DO I SIGN UP TO ATTEND LUNCHTIME MASTERCLASS SESSIONS?
Masterclasses are invite–only and tailored to the target audience of the host partner. Spaces fill quickly, but if you would like to enquire about attending, please email [email protected].

HOW DO I ACCESS THE EVENT APP?
There are two ways to access the app:
Search for “Leaders Events” in your app store and log in using the email address you used to register. You will then be emailed a magic link to sign in.
Search your inbox for an email from [email protected] with the subject line “Welcome to Leaders Week London 2026.” This email includes your access link for Swapcard, the official event app platform. If you cannot see it, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure you are using the same email address you used to register.
If you’re still having trouble, please contact [email protected] and we’ll arrange for a new magic link to be sent to you.
WILL FOOD AND DRINK BE PROVIDED?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included with your Summit pass and will be available in The Village, House of Legends and The HKS Social. Food and drink will also be served during Leaders After Dark on Wednesday 7th October.
CAN YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIRMENTS?
We’ll do our best to support dietary requirements where we have been informed in advance. Please contact [email protected] as early as possible with any dietary or allergy requirements. There will also be a dedicated buffet station in The Village for attendees with dietary requirements; if you need help onsite, please ask a member of the Leaders or catering team.
WILL THERE BE WI-FI AT THE EVENT?
Yes. Wi-Fi will be available onsite, and the connection details will be printed at the bottom of your event badge.
CAN I ARRANGE MEETINGS WITH OTHER ATTENDEES?
Yes. The event app allows you to search the attendee list, connect with other delegates and schedule meetings before and during Leaders Week London. Suggested meeting locations include The Village, House of Legends and The HKS Social, where you’ll be able to sit down and help yourself to refreshments.

WHAT IS THE WOMEN’S SPORT LOUNGE?
The Women’s Sport Lounge is an open-access space across both days of the Summit, located in The Village. It’s designed for leaders in women’s sport to connect, exchange ideas and hear relaxed live discussions with experts from across the industry.
CAN I GIVE MY PASS TO SOMEONE ELSE IN MY ORGANISATION ON DAY 2?
No. We’re not able to allow pass swapping during the event. When you enter on day one, you’ll be issued with a wristband which must stay on for the duration of the event. Anyone arriving on day two without a wristband will need to go through main registration and show photo ID.
If you know in advance that you can no longer attend and would like to transfer your pass, please contact your Leaders sales representative or email [email protected] and we’ll help process this before the event.
HOW DO I GET AN INVOICE OR RECEIPT?
Your registration confirmation email should include your payment and invoice information. If you need a copy of your invoice or receipt, or if the link in your confirmation email is not working, please contact [email protected] and the team will be happy to help.
DOES EVERYONE IN A GROUP RECEIVE THEIR OWN BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
Each registered attendee should receive the information they need to access the event. If you’re the lead booker and would like to check that everyone in your group has received their confirmation or app access details, please contact [email protected].
CAN I BUY A PASS ONSITE?
Yes, subject to availability. Passes may be available to purchase at registration, but we recommend booking in advance wherever possible so you can enjoy a smoother arrival experience.
