Teresa came to Kilmer earlier this year after 20 years in the world of basketball, most recently as a senior leader at the Toronto Raptors, where one of her key roles was overseeing the design and construction of their OVO Athletic Centre
As well as her role as Executive Vice President at KSV, Teresa is the President of the upcoming WNBA expansion team in Toronto, as KSV’s portfolio of sports teams continues to grow
She’ll be adding her voice to the session alongside Ivan and Huss, to unpack how these wide-reaching organisations operate and what the model for success looks like across a multitude of sports
