NewsThroughout our 2018 & 2019 Leaders Meet: Diversity series with Facebook Leaders has heard directly from across the global sports industry how critical it is to elevate a continuing discussion around the future of a more diverse industry. Leaders has a genuine ambition in 2019 to shift the representation of women both on stage and in the audience and in order to do that, we must make it a more inspiring & actionable proposition, in addition to a more welcoming environment for women working in sport.
With that in mind, Leaders are excited to launch a programme of thought-provoking events and experiences throughout Leaders Week 2019 to offer women in sports business a launchpad to enter 2020 energised and equipped to grow in the industry.
We recognise we won’t hit the sweet spot for everyone who feels passionately about a more diverse industry in one go, so please take the time to share your feedback directly with us.
Check out what we’ve got planned for you throughout Leaders Week:
Side note: All of this is open and extremely relevant to men in the industry too. In fact, having a diverse group of individuals join the conversation is critical to the future.
