Leaders appoints Nielsen Entertainment’s David Cushnan.
Starting on 20 November, David will join as a senior member of the Leaders team. As Head of Content, David will shape the content strategy for Leaders’ flagship Sport Business Summit Series, which takes in events in London, New York and Beijing, and will play a key role in the development of programming and insight for the Leaders Performance Institute.
David joins from Nielsen Entertainment, where he currently serves as Editorial Director overseeing content across the company’s sports, music, games, book, esports and home entertainment verticals. He was previously Global Communications Manager at Repucom, prior to the company’s acquisition by Nielsen in 2016. Between 2008 and 2015, he was Editor and Editor-in-Chief of sports industry media company SportsPro.
David will work closely with Leaders CEO James Worrall and Editor-at-Large James Emmett on a multi-platform strategy to provide cutting-edge sports industry intelligence and performance best practice to 105,000 professionals who are part of the Leaders global network.
