Parking: Onsite car park with 180 spaces allocated on a first come first served basis. The charges range from between £2 for 1 hour and £36 for 24 hours. Time: The doors to the venue will be open from 8.00am for you to collect your badges as well as drop off coats and any baggage. The different conference streams will start at 9:15am and finish at 17:30.
Registration: Badges will be available on your arrival. Please note, security will be strict and you must show valid photo ID to gain entry. There will be a bag check in operation on arrival to the venue so please allow extra time for this.
Cloakroom/baggage drop: There is a cloakroom / baggage drop area available for you shortly after you have collected your pass. If you are bringing baggage on 6 October please ensure that you leave plenty of time to drop your baggage off.
Dress Code: The dress code for the event is business attire.

Drinks reception will take place between 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the Great Hall on Wednesday 5 October, which will be continued at Frankie’s later (outside Millennium & Copthorne Hotel Entrance).
Help Desk: If you have any queries onsite, please do not hesitate to ask at the Leaders information desk or the Help Desk in the Centenary Hall where registration takes place. Alternatively, please ask a Leaders representative with any queries you may have.
