Shanghai gears up to host Leaders, the Premier League and the sports industry, later this week. 本周晚些时候，英超联赛和体育界峰会“领袖（Leaders）”将在上海举行。

After two years in Beijing, Leaders, the premium global conference and publishing organisation in sport, are partnering with the Premier League, the Department for International Trade, Aspire Zone and Endeavor China to bring the world-renowned Sport Business Summit to Shanghai, on 18 – 19 July. Government officials, investors, brands and sports rights holders will have the opportunity to connect, share insight and do business with international sponsors, clubs, leagues and broadcasters involved or investing in China.

The two-day Summit will welcome 300 attendees, host over 20 international speakers and will delve into the evolving global sports market, while providing a glimpse into the growing sports market in China.

Day 2 (Friday 19 July) will be dedicated to the football industry, with the Premier League and the Department for International Trade partnering with Leaders to create The Premier League Football Forum. Top executives from Premier League clubs will be in attendance, including representatives of Manchester City and Wolverhampton Wanderers who, alongside Newcastle United and West Ham United, will be playing in the Premier League Asia Trophy in Nanjing on 17 July and Shanghai on 20 July.
