Len Komoroski is Chief Executive Officer of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loads Arena organisation. Komoroski joined the Cavaliers organisation in 2003 as President. In his first year he restructured and transformed how the Cavaliers approached the business community; assembled a team of top sports marketing pros; transformed the organisation’s communications efforts; and oversaw the development of one of the most dynamic game experiences in the NBA.
More recently, Komoroski played a significant leadership role in securing Cleveland as the host city for the 2016 Republican National Convention. With more than 30 years of experience in pro sports and entertainment, Komoroski’s leadership has helped set a solid business foundation from which the Cleveland Cavaliers, Lake Erie Monsters, Cleveland Gladiators, Canton Charge and Quicken Loans Arena have flourished into one of the most successfully operated sports and entertainment organisations in the country.
Kenny Lauer is the current Vice President, Digital and Marketing at Golden State Warriors. He oversees all digital strategies and all day to day management of marketing, game operations, youth basketball camps, creative and retail – the latest ‘super team’ in the NBA having signed Kevin Durant and also Silicon Valley’s team.
In addition to this, he will drive all ‘experience and ideation initiatives’ related to Oracle Arena and future development for the team’s proposed arena in San Francisco. Prior to this he was Vice President, Digital Experience. Lauer ran the worldwide Digital Experience group where he was responsible for the creation and threading of digital experiences in both the live and virtual marketing efforts of some of the largest companies in the world.
