The new global sports awards for leaders
Leaders, the premium, global conference and publishing organisation in sport have announced the Leaders Sports Awards, the new global sports awards for leaders. After three years of running the Leaders Under 40 Awards and recognising exceptional sport business individuals under the age of 40, Leaders is expanding their awards portfolio to also identify and celebrate the most innovative companies across the globe who are shaping the sport business industry today.
Five brand new company categories in Content Creation, Innovation, Live Experience, On Screen Experience and Sponsorship will unearth this year’s ground breaking work. Each shortlist and category winner will be highlighted at the Leaders Sports Awards evening during Leaders Week, London in front of an esteemed group of 600 sport business executives at the iconic Natural History Museum.
The winners will also be given a global platform at the world-renowned Leaders Sport Business Summit series in London, and New York to showcase their work in an awards gallery.
Over 100 international judges including Stacey Allaster, Chief Executive Officer, USTA; Ricardo Fort, Vice President, Global Sport Partnerships, Coca-Cola; Olivier Gers, Chief Executive Officer, IAAF; Joanna Manning Cooper, Director of Digital, Marketing and Communications, England Rugby; Claire Williams, Deputy Team Principal and Commercial Director, Williams F1; will be involved in the stringent judging process to determine this year’s Class of 2018 Leaders Under 40 inductees as well as the Leaders Sports Awards company winners.
