Inter Milan's Co-CEO on Inter's connection to Italian style; how the club reach fans worldwide through 'Inter Media House'; and the challenges of Chinese ownership.

Alessandro Antonello is Inter Milan’s Co-Chief Executive Officer.

Antonello began his career at Inter in 2015 as the club’s Chief Financial Officer, joining from the role of CEO at Puma Italia. In December 2018, the club announced that they would adopt a co-CEO model, with Antonello managing Inter’s corporate activities with Giuseppe Marotta joining as the co-CEO with responsibility for the club’s sporting activities.

In this edition of 5 Minutes with Leaders, recorded behind the scenes at The Sport Business Summit, London in October 2018, Anontello explains why it’s important to strike a balance between staying true to brand heritage while remaining at the cutting-edge of modernity and Italian style; shares an insight into the changing business model at Inter, which is now owned by the Chinese Suning Group; and highlights how the club reach fans worldwide via ‘Inter Media House’ – the club’s digital platform that provides fans with an immersive insight of what’s going on behind the scenes.
